Due to the large amount of orders Max Brown Interiors takes on a daily basis, items do become out of stock quickly, and if an item you order is out of stock we will endeavour to source your product, but in some cases these items really are one-off pieces. In this case we will issue you an apology and refund. In the case of the item being out of stock, or you being pipped at the checkout post we cannot be held to the dispatch times below.

We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of receiving your order. Bespoke, custom made items will obviously take longer and we can advise an expected dispatch date per item.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.

Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.

Our business thrives on customer satisfaction and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty.

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, after 48 hours we will not be held responsible for any damages reported.
